About Us

Instant Teamwork 2 has been going for ten years and was set up by Tom Morley (ex-Scritti Politti drummer) and Dawn Ellis (ex-West End actor).

Transformation is the word that binds us and our dedicated team of facilitators together. We've all done our share of learning in worldwide community projects, and we've spent the last decade studying business development.

We enjoy re-connecting people to their creativity and humanity, making it easy (and even desirable) for them to connect with others. We're experienced at being light around deep things.

Mahatma Gandhi said, 'Be the change you wish to see in the world.' Robert F. Kennedy said, 'You're happiest while you're making the greatest contribution.'

And 'Life expands or contracts in direct proportion to one's courage' according to Anais Nin. We tend to agree.
