African djembe, djun djun and conga players combine their skills, and their percussive passions, to create the most irresistible dancing rhythms this side of Africa.
Cascada's eclectic and beautiful mix of drums and percussion blends haunting melodies from far off places with mesmerising chants from the Yoruba; sensational harmonic gospel soiunds; and - to top the lot - fire-cracking drum rhythms from all over Africa that blast through the roof.
Well what can I say, a really wonderful evening which completely blew everyone away. It was way above my expectations and the fact that they managed to keep 40 odd people from 23 different countries and cultures engaged and dancing - was no mean feat.
