How it works + What we do

Delegates are introduced to the ‘Values’ theme of the session, before being facilitated in warm-up exercises to break the fear of ‘messing up’ the design. Next the facilitator talks briefly about masks and the materials on offer, before setting the group loose to create their own masks – or larger back-drop if they prefer.

The theme of the masks is a visual representation of Working in Harmony, emphasising that you needn’t give up your individuality to be part of a team. All the artwork goes up on pre-prepared stands, creating a growing gallery or backdrop as the conference progresses.
