Instant Teamwork were asked to bring together 150 HR people from all over the world for their ‘Changing Rhythms’ conference. We warmed them up first thing in the morning, then closed the conference with 45 minutes of 3 part harmony singing and dancing.

 

Instant Teamwork constituted the surprise themed event at the end of an intense 2-day sales conference for 200 Area Managers. Within 15 minutes all the delegates were singing for their supper with gusto in spirited, if not perfect, harmony. Banned from the bar – we later stayed with the delegates in the bar, facilitating them in an informal way to sing pop and other songs they already knew and loved.

 

 

 

 

We broke the ice at a 2 day training on leadership and creativity using simple percussion, rhythm and singing exercises; then returned later on for a longer, more focused singing and percussion session. The trainers were then able to ‘unpack’ and draw learning points from the experiences we had delivered.

 

 

Instant Teamwork supplied recorded music and created the spectacular opening to the conference, featuring live singers and drummers. The theme was ‘Working in Harmony’ and the delegates had a live experience of this as a build-up to the awards ceremony. In fact they were so harmonious that they nearly took the roof off the conference hall.
