Circus Entertainment

Tell me More!

"I'm juggling too much!" "I've got to keep all the plates spinning!" - circus-talk is familiar at work. So why not bring the Circus to work in all its thrilling, slapstick, dazzling variety...

We offer Circus as pure entertainment, or as a series of workshops, or a combination of specatcle and participation.

Our facilitators are world class performers and teachers. Participants learn a range of daring and highly enjoyable circus skills: trapeze, juggling, acrobatic balancing [building human pyramids is very interactive and always generates hilarity], acrobatic tumbling and stilt-walking [surprisingly one of the easiest skills to learn] .

All this in a rewarding, supportive and safe environment.

Juggling - well known as a fun way of integrating the right and left sides of the brain. In juggling the coaching advice:"Keep your eye on the ball" makes no sense. Jugglers must shift their focus from one ball to the next, so that they see only a part of each ball's flight. A great metaphor for delegating and juggling projects at work.

Practice balance, focus and concentration, learn to take risks and make mistakes, take your eye off the ball sometimes, celebrate success and expand your comfort zone - and then apply these skills back at work!

We juggle a lot of projects and it creates stress in the office. But we all learned that if we breathe consciously when the pressure is on, we don't buckle. It sounds so simple, but experiencing it as a group has had a lasting effect. Close quotation mark
