These sessions address the challenge of Managing Conflict, by developing an understanding of the causes and nature of conflict and by exploring effective ways of responding to its presence.
We offer accessible tools that give practical help to minimise the potential damage of conflict. We empower people by encouraging opportunities for creative collaboration.
