Our Approach to CSR is on two levels:

1 We actively support a small selection of charities, mainly grass roots initiatives in Africa and India. Among these are:

• Amathuba - building and uplifting poor communities in South Africa
• Worldwide Silver Lining - providing community colleges to educate orphans in Kenya and South India
• Roofs for the Roofless - Protecting the poorest communities in South India

2 We design Leadership programmes for executives around some of these charitable projects and organisations. These enable leaders in business to offer their time and expertise to those who need it, as well as providing a real, raw environment for fast-tracking learning about personal leadership and performance.
